Brain cannot differentiate between what is real and unreal. This is why when we have romantic / horror dreams – we stay in the same feeling the entire day. Though it was just a Dream.

Consciousness which they want to attract. This Bhavna is the core of manifestations if done correctly.

Laugh.

Even if you have to force it – Do it. Even if Tears rolling down your eyes – Do it. The Goal is to separate emotion from behaviour. You may feel like you can’t do something but the goal is to do the thing no matter what your emotions tell you.

A laugh is capable of relaxing vocal cords and aids in healthy hormones. The loosening of face and uplifting of cheekbones triggers a happier mood. You will automatically began to feel calmer + want to smile.

This is the reason Laughter Yoga works. It’s all about the mind-body connection as we say in Yoga.

Happy- Upbeat Song with a Dance.

Songs change our energies immediately. Dance allows the Body to leave the Brain and take notice of the Body. Until you are in the Brain – you continue to recycle the Unhealthy Thoughts.

Its said and practised in Yoga – if the Discomfort is in the Mind – we get it out through the Brain, and if the Discomfort is in the Brain – we get it out through the Mind.

Body movements, even as simple as free flow body movements, help in releasing the uncomfortable emotions / energies one is feeling and raising the Energies towards Healing.

Talk Good to Self.

Take a challenge. No matter how heartbroken and uncomfortable you are feeling – Challenge yourself to Speak, Read, Watch, Hear only good. Even in your thoughts push yourself to talk only good about You. This aids in Mind Engineering.

Brain learns to edit the commands in itself -even if it’s feeling upset – it needs to only speak, think, read, and watch Good. Push yourself to talk/ hear/ see Good for 30 minutes first

Then slowly keep raising the bar. It’s not easy – but Practice will make you a Legend.
