There is no refund once you have booked a Session successfully. You can only reschedule a session 48 hours prior by sending an email to [email protected] or sending a DM to Team of ilashrei Anand on Instagram. Failure to inform 48 hours prior, it will no longer be possible to reschedule. Mention in message the slot you’d like to reschedule and also share a new slot for yourself from whatever next is available on the website. Please note, if there is no immediate slot available for rescheduling, it will not be possible to give. Also, if you miss your session on your scheduled date and time, it cannot be rescheduled. So kindly keep reminders in mobile for your booked appointments.
1. Click on the My Account button.
2. Enter your email id that was used to book an appointment to receive an access link to your inbox.
3. Click on the access link received on your email id. This will open your inbox.
4. Click on the Appointments tab. You can reschedule/cancel your appointment by clicking on the edit button present next to each appointment.
