Here’s how one can practice Swadharma, Self-Love
● Be assertive with your boundaries.
● Sleep + eat well – underrated but most powerful.
● Demand your basic rights even if it affects the image of family, office, friends or others in society
● When in doubt – focus on Goal. Chase your goals relentlessly.
● Start day by setting targets, identifying obstacles and how to eliminate them.
● Say No to Red Flags, mind-games, drama
● Not skipping meals + eating healthy.
● Leaving an argument not because you lost but because you value your peace.
● Doing any one activity for self-healing, like moon/candle gazing, pranayam, dancing, doodling, meditation.
● Not letting toxic people touch your mind, body or soul unless you’re in charitable
services.
● Not compromising with your basic needs like self- respect, attention, intimacy etc.
