What happens in Root Cause Healing Therapy Sessions ?
All answers are within us. Sometimes, we do not have enough charge within us due to fears, traumas, insecurities, etc to find our balance.
It is absolutely okay to seek expert help at this time. It requires immense courage + trust to take help in today’s world – and that is the biggest and most crucial step. So be compassionate to yourself, you are going to find your peace.

Detailed Introduction.
Your height, weight, sleep, diet, menstrual cycle, job, family, childhood, schedule, etc is noted in detail in the first session before Ilashrei Anand proceeds to your issues. You’d be surprised how in the end, all of this information will actually become the most important part of your healing journey, whether the issue is emotional, physical, financial or relationships.

Well-Being Questionnaire
There is a form of about 150-200 questions, which is shared to you as homework so I can understand you better. 90% of the questions in it are objective so it doesn’t take more than an hour to fill. It also includes past medical history, medications you’ve been on, etc. For those it may not be possible to fill the entire questionnaire, its okay, my Team takes that information from you gradually.
HomeWork File
A google-doc file is created to be shared live between you and me. This contains the series of homework which i will be sharing with you over the course of therapy / healing sessions. It is created purely for your benefit, so when next time you’re facing any issues, you can go back to this file and find your answers here.

Progress Tracker
At the beginning of each session, updates are taken regarding your learnings and healings as per previous session/s. Only after any bit of progress is ensured, we move further. Also, those healing happens faster once the root-cause of all the issues is identified and confirmed by you.
List all Issues
Clearly 45 minutes will not be enough to cover all your issues. So you’re requested to list all your issues in the document file after the session as homework. This includes all issues in detail free of all judgements. Yoga embraces all, there are no judgements a Yogi can ever make.
Doubts
Any and all doubts are cleared before each session is wrapped. Still if any doubts remain, the Team is there to assist you via DMs or emails until your next session with me.
P.S: The base is Yogic counselling, but the homework techniques used varies from person to person depending on their individual Sensitivities, Prakriti and Root Cause. And no, physical Yoga is not taught during Therapy sessions, it maybe given as a part of homework only if it is seen important and comfortable to you.
