The Brain’s Default Setting is Memory. Memory is a set of commands that Brain keeps for future use to navigate through something that has already happened in the past.
This is Brain Coding.
So if you find yourself stuck in repeated unhealthy patterns like – procrastination, ignoring red flags in unsuccessful relationships, etc. It’s mostly because the brain immediately activates the old code which was written when it was in these situations.
Example: If you are find yourself in same type of relationships where you have to often “prove your worth” or you get pulled towards partners who do not treat you well, its cause your brain is working on the coding of childhood memory, where you were either often compared or you found acceptance/attention/love by proving your worthiness of being “the good child”.
How to fix this?
By Rewiring the Brain. It simply means giving a new set of codes to Brain for future situations if found in the same unhealthy patterns.
