● Be vulnerable and share your fears whether about relationship / self / past, etc,
● Identify your triggers and work on them with your partner ( if they ready else with a certified counsellor)
● Avoid blaming if you want to save a relationship. Bring the past only as a learning not as a blame game.
● Work on your communication skills. Healthy communication equals half repair done already.
● Acknowledge that the issues are not between you two but against you two and you have to work as a Team to fix them. Get expert help if needed.
