(knowledge) and eliminate suffering. Though it’s recommended that you do Swadhyay with a

to help you connect deeper with yourself and heal your emotional health. This is to help

● What is one activity / person you love most? How much time do you give them
everyday? Is it enough?
● What is your mission and vision in life?
● What are your short term goals? Are they aligned with your life’s mission + vision ?
● What are your weaknesses ? What are your flaws ?
● How do you work to heal them?
● How do you contribute to society as someone who will be loved and remembered?
● What are your strengths? How can you use them to create a healthier and loving environment for yourself and others ?
● Have you made peace with those you’ve hurt ? Is there something more you can do to seek forgiveness ?
● Have you forgiven yourself for your past mistakes ?
● What learnings have you picked from them?
● Are you taking too much stress about something ? Is this stress yours or thrust upon you by society ? What are you doing to shake it off ?
● Do you feel you are perfect ? What are your blindspots? Are you leading the life that brings you closer to enlightenment or takes you far from it ?
Live a life that makes you feel good about who you are, puts you on high vibrations,
empowers your visions.
