How To Heal From Breakup

You can miss the good times & yet be aware that the person / relationship is unhealthy for you.

It is okay to cry, wallow, vent, & take your time to grieve. But put a deadline to it.

Push yourself to delete their messages / things from your life.

Don’t engage in alcohol, drugs, casual sex, to numb the pain. It will only make matters worse.

Create your own support for weak times when you feel the urge to call / message them.

Take therapy if needed but don’t sabotage your life, self-respect by going back to them.

Understand, a breakup does not takè away who you are, your strengths or virtues.

Accept that breakup is only going to make you stronger, even if you don’t see it now.

Work on building your self-confidence by writing your daily achievements.

Keep your mind occupied by giving it little tasks daily.

Indulge in self-care by doing what you love the most.

Talk to a trusted friend or therapist if its too difficult to move on.

Accept- Not always you’ll get CLOSURE. But

you can create one for yourself.

Accept – Not always there’s a reason for BreakUp. Some people are simply escapists.

Accept – Some people just don’t apologize no matter what.

Stop thinking if s/ he ever loved you. If they did, they’d be with you right now. There’s no two ways to do this.
