● I know I said Yes earlier but now when I look at the things i have on my schedule
already, i realise i won’t be able to do your work.
● Hey, I am not emotionally available to do your work currently. I’m already invested emotionally in a lot right now and can’t take up anything more.
● I am very clear I can’t do your work though I said yes earlier, so please find someone else for help because I won’t be able to deliver it.
● I was uncomfortable saying No earlier because I felt you might not like it. I also wanted to genuinely help you, but I really can’t help as it will make me more uncomfortable / exhausted.
